14-Day Warranty Policy for Sleek Projectors
At Sleek Projectors, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. To give you peace of mind, we offer a 14-day warranty on all of our projectors from the date of receival.
What’s Covered
Our 14-day warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If you experience any issues with your projector within 14 days of receiving it, we will repair, replace, or refund your purchase, depending on the situation.
Extensions of Warranty
Warranty extensions can be purchased as an addition to the product at the time of purchase. If the warranty extension is bought within 14 days of the original purchase, it is eligible. However, after 14 days, the warranty cannot be extended for the product.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, or alterations. It also does not apply to any issues caused by improper setup or use not in accordance with the product's user manual.
