The available payment methods are mainly based on the country where the order is from and the total amount on the bill.

 

Credit/Debit card

Your credit/debit card will automatically be charged by our financial service provider. Your order will begin processing after all necessary verifications have been completed.

 

PayPal

Website, unfortunately, does not work with PayPal at the moment. We are trying our best to integrate with them as soon as possible. Meanwhile, you can use your credit/debit card to make an order with us.

 

Currency

When shopping on our website, payments will be processed in Aud. If your credit/debit card company or bank uses a different currency, the final transaction price may differ due to currency exchange rates. Please contact your payment provider for further information.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us with images of the product within 14 days. We will gladly send out a replacement order or issue you a full refund.

 

Items Lost in Transit

By ordering from us, you agree with our shipping times. Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames; however, external factors such as customs inspections can sometimes cause delays. If your order shipping times exceed our displayed time frame by 10 business days, you can contact us and we will gladly send out a replacement order, or issue a full refund.

 

Returns

We accept returns for refunds. If you are not satisfied with your product, you are eligible to return the product within 14 days after receiving it. To do so, kindly get in touch with us here.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Sleek Projectors is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Sleek Projectors will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Shipping

Due to very high demand and order volume, orders can take up to 10 - 14 days to be delivered. However, most orders are delivered within 7 - 10 days.
